Administrative & Business Development Coordinator
Hours: Family-Friendly Part-time to Full-time
Remuneration: $65 - 75 K pro rata

AXIO Proficiency Testing, is a trusted leader in proficiency testing across the food, beverage, environmental, clinical, pharmaceutical, forensic, and petroleum sectors. We are seeking a motivated and organised “Administrative & Sales Coordinator” to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline operations within our Proficiency Testing division.
- Handle customer orders and requests efficiently, providing exceptional service.
- Seek and develop new business in the Proficiency Testing portfolio.
- Place orders with suppliers in the UK, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Apply for DAFF (quarantine) import permits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the management of incoming goods into our warehouse.
- Coordinate the dispatch of products to clients around Australia, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to our Operations division as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in quality management process and ISO 17043 requirements well regarded.
- An understanding of laboratory chemical analyses and quality control well regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Prioritising multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and quarantine processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
