\n Promethazine (hydrochloride) (Item No. 22450) is an analytical reference material categorized as a phenothiazine. Promethazine has been abused and intentionally misused, leading to adverse effects in teenagers and young adults.{36141} Its use has also been documented in chronic pain patients.{36142} This product is intended for use in analytical forensic applications.
