Cosmetics, Toiletries & Detergents (COSMETICS)
"... helping you keep pace with regulatory change"
Going back thousands of years – at least since the ancient Egyptians used toxic lead sulphide in eye makeup - cosmetics have had the potential to contain ingredients which could harm their users. Today, key legislation - such as the US Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) and China’s Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR) – has introduced a host of additional safety requirements, as well as a demand for more evidence that products comply with testing standards. COSMETICS is designed to ensure that analytical laboratories’ chemical, microbiological, and physical analysis keeps pace with these global changes - and also provides them with the confidence that their results are meaningful and accurate.
